Cola ( Coke ) Chicken Wing Casserole which is extremely easy to cook and delicious! ∣ Chinese Food Cooking∣可乐雞翅煲，简单、易制作又美味

Cola ( Coke ) not only is a soft drink, but also it is a good ingredient to cook with chicken, pork or other meats.

Direction：

1. 准备食材:

鸡翅两侧各划几刀，将土豆、胡萝卜切块、玉米切段

Prepare Ingredients

Make several cuts on 2 sides of the chicken wings; and Cut carrot, potato, corn into dice

2. 锅中加入鸡翅、5毫升料酒和600毫升水，开大火烧煮。水沸后再烧煮5分钟，结束后取出鸡翅用温水冲洗干净，再用厨房纸吸干

Add chicken wings, cooking wine (5ml) & water (600 ml) to pan; Raise heat to high, bring to boil and cook for more 5 minutes. Then, take out the chicken wings and clean under running water and blot them dry

3. 锅中加入食用油，开小火热油。油温至3成时放入鸡翅，煎至两面微焦

Heat vegetable oil in pan at medium-low heat. Then, add chicken wings and stir-fry until chicken wings are golden brown in colour

4. 加入5克葱花、姜片、蒜末和洋葱碎、炒出香味

Add chopped green onion, ginger slices, minced garlic, chopped onion and stir-fry for several minutes

5. 加入料酒、生抽、蚝油和老抽，翻炒均匀

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce & dark soy sauce; and stirring

6. 加入土豆块、胡萝卜块、玉米段，翻炒均匀

Add carrot, potato & corn; and stirring

7. 倒入可乐、250毫升清水、盐和香叶，盖上锅盖，转中小火炖煮20分钟

Add cola, water (250ml) , salt & bay leaf ; reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer

for 20 minutes

8. 开盖转大火收汁，放入葱花和白芝麻，翻炒均匀，即可出锅

Raise heat to high to make the sauce thickened & absorbed；and then, add chopped green onion & white sesame to pan; and stir fry

9.完成 Ready to be served

Directions:

1.准备食材：玉米（切块）；胡萝卜（削皮，滚刀切块）

Ingredients Preparation：1 sweetcorn (cut into sections); 1 medium carrot (skinned, chunked)

焯水除去排骨腥味Blanch pork ribs in water to remove the smell of pork ribs

2.大火，排骨焯水10-15分钟，再用清水沖洗干净去除杂質，沥干备用。

Raise heat to high, blanch pork ribs in water, then rinse under tap water to remove any impurities, drain and set aside.

3. 放入所有材料（除了盐），再倒入热水（不要加入冷水）；再次煮滚后转小火，继续煮1小时。

Add in all ingredients (except salt)；and then add hot water (do not add cold water). Raise heat to high, bring to boil. Then reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour till the meat is tender.

4.最后，加入葱花、盐调味即可。

Season to your liking with salt and chopped green onion

5.完成 Ready to be served
